摘 要:试验旨在探究乙氧基喹啉(EQ)对泥鳅生长性能、体组成、肠道抗氧化能力和炎症反应的影响。选用初重为(4.94±0.05) g的泥鳅1 800尾,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每重复150尾,分别投喂添加0(EQ0组)、50 (EQ50组)、150 (EQ150组)和450 mg/kg EQ (EQ450组)的等氮等脂饲料。试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,EQ50组和EQ150组增重率和特定生长率显著升高(P<0.05),EQ450组显著降低(P<0.05)。各组全鱼体组成含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。EQ50组和EQ150组肠道过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于EQ0组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于EQ0组(P<0.05),EQ450组肠道超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、CAT和T-AOC活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。与EQ0组相比,各EQ组肠道核因子E2相关因子2(NRF2)、SOD、CAT、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)基因表达量均显著升高(P<0.05),而Kelch样ECH关联蛋白1 (KEAP1)表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。与EQ0组相比,EQ50组和EQ150组肠道绒毛高度和上皮细胞高度显著升高(P<0.05);EQ50组肠道白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05),而EQ450组显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,以生长性能、肠道抗氧化能力和炎症反应为评价指标,推荐泥鳅饲料中EQ的添加量为150 mg/kg。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of ethoxyquinoline(EQ)on the growth performance,body composition,intestinal antioxidant capacity,and inflammatory response of loach.A total of 1800 loaches with an initial weight of(4.94±0.05)g were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 150 loaches per replicate.The loaches were fed iso-nitrogen and iso-lipid diets supplemented with 0(EQ0 group),50(EQ50 group),150(EQ150 group)and 450 mg/kg EQ(EQ450 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate in EQ50 and EQ150 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while those in EQ450 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in whole body composition content among all groups(P>0.05).The intestinal catalase(CAT)activity of EQ50 and EQ150 groups was significantly higher than that of EQ0 group(P<0.05),the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that of EQ0 group(P<0.05),the intestinal superoxide dismutase(SOD),CAT and T-AOC activities of EQ450 group were significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Compared with EQ0 group,the intestinal nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(NRF2),SOD,CAT and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)genes expressions in all EQ groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the Kelch-like ECH associated protein 1(KEAP1)expression was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with EQ0 group,intestinal villus height and epithelial cell height in EQ50 and EQ150 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The expressions of intestinal interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)genes in EQ50 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while those in EQ450 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that 150 mg/kg EQ supplementation is recommended for loach feed based on growth performance,intestinal antioxidant capacity,and inflammatory response.
