摘 要:试验旨在探究不同保存剂对燕麦干草营养成分和黄曲霉毒素B1含量的影响。以无添加的燕麦干草为对照组(CK组),J2组、J4组、B2组、B4组、T2组、T4组分别在燕麦干草中添加0.2%姜黄素、0.4%姜黄素、0.2%丙酸钙、0.4%丙酸钙、2%碳酸钾和4%碳酸钾,每组3个重复。分别在贮藏第30、60和90天测定营养成分,在贮藏第90天测定黄曲霉毒素B1含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,贮藏60 d,J2组、J4组、B2组、B4组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量极显著提高(P<0.01),除T4组外,各组相对饲喂价值(RFV)极显著降低(P<0.01)。贮藏90 d,J2组和T4组粗脂肪(EE)含量显著降低(P<0.05),J2组、J4组、B2组、B4组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和ADF含量极显著降低(P<0.01),RFV极显著提高(P<0.01)。T2组和T4组黄曲霉毒素B1含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,添加姜黄素和丙酸钙贮藏90 d可降低燕麦干草NDF和ADF含量,提高干草的RFV,碳酸钾降低黄曲霉毒素B1含量的效果较好,适合在干草加工中应用。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different preservatives on the nutritional composition and aflatoxin B1 content of oat hay.Oat hay without any addition served as the control group(CK group).The J2,J4,B2,B4,T2,and T4 groups were supplemented with 0.2%curcumin,0.4%curcumin,0.2%calcium propionate,0.4%calcium propionate,2%potassium carbonate,and 4%potassium carbonate,respectively.Each group had three replicates.The nutritional components were measured at 30,60,and 90 days of storage,while the aflatoxin B1 content was determined at 90 days of storage.The results showed that compared with the control group,at 60 days of storage,the acid detergent fiber(ADF)content in the J2,J4,B2,and B4 groups extremely increased(P<0.01),and the relative feed value(RFV)in all groups except T4 extremely decreased(P<0.01).At 90 days of storage,the crude fat(EE)content in the J2 and T4 groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and ADF content in the J2,J4,B2,and B4 groups extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the RFV extremely increased(P<0.01).The aflatoxin B1 content in the T2 and T4 groups significantly decreased(P<0.01).The study indicates that the addition of curcumin and calcium propionate can reduce the NDF and ADF content of hay and increase the RFV of hay after 90 days of storage,potassium carbonate showed a better effect in reducing the content of aflatoxin B1,making it suitable for application in hay processing.
