摘  要:在知识经济时代,研究生作为知识创新的主力军,在国家和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,我国研究生教育取得了长足发展,但与发达国家相比仍有一定差距。其中,研究生创新能力不足是制约研究生教育发展的主要瓶颈。探讨了基于研究生创新能力提升的问题驱动化教学改革与实践。通过构建以问题驱动为核心的教学体系、应用多种教学方法和现代教育技术、优化实验室与实践基地建设、整合校内外资源,提升研究生的创新能力。通过系统的教学改革,希望可以为研究生教育提供新思路和实践路径,培养具有创新能力和实践能力的高层次人才,为社会和经济发展贡献力量。In the era of knowledge economy,as the main force of knowledge innovation,graduates are playing an increasingly important role in the development of the country and the society.With the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment scale,China’s graduate education has made great progress,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries.Among them,the lack of graduate innovation is the main bottleneck restricting the development of graduate education.This paper discusses the problem-driven teaching reform and practice based on the innovation promotion of graduate students,which Emphasizes the importance of improving graduate students’innovation ability through teaching reform,builds a problem-driven teaching system as the core,applies a variety of teaching methods and modern educational technology,optimizes the construction of laboratory and practice base,and integrates the resources inside and outside the school.Through the systematic teaching reform,it is hoped to provide new ideas and practical paths for graduate education,cultivate high-level talents with innovative ability and practical ability,and contribute to the development of society and economy.
