摘  要:针对飞航型号总装过程中频发的多余物问题,探讨多余物标准、多余物工艺控制的重要性和实施策略。强调了工艺量化控制的必要性,即将定性化工艺描述转变为定量化参数表达;提出了工艺流程及工序梳理的重要性,以及如何通过制定管理规定和优化工艺流程来减少多余物的产生;探讨了提升工装覆盖性的多余物控制方法。这些综合性措施可以显著提高型号总装过程中多余物的控制水平,确保型号总装的质量和可靠性。This paper addresses the frequent issue of foreign object debris(FOD)in the final assembly process of aerospace models and explores the importance and implementation strategies of a standardized system for FOD control.Initially,it emphasizes the necessity of quantitative process control,transforming qualitative process descriptions into quantitative parameter expressions.Subsequently,it highlights the importance of process flow and operation sorting,as well as how to reduce the generation of FOD by establishing management regulations and optimizing process flows.Additionally,it discusses FOD control methods such as improving the coverage of tooling.Through these comprehensive measures,the control level of FOD in the final assembly process of model equipment can be significantly improved,ensuring the final quality and reliability of equipment.
