摘　　要：中国作为全球生态文明建设的参与者、贡献者和引领者,在全球环境治理进程中发挥着至关重要的作用,充分彰显出中国理念、中国智慧以及中国方案在世界范围内的深远影响和重大意义。习近平生态文明思想作为先进的全球生态环境治理理念,提出构建地球生命共同体理念,指出正确处理经济发展和环境保护的关系的路径,致力于实现人与自然的和谐共生,为破解全球生态环境治理难题指明了方向。中国积极投身全球生态文明建设,为解决全球环境治理问题,尤其是发展中国家面临的经济发展与环境保护问题提供了示范和借鉴;中国大力支持绿色发展相关技术研发、资金投入、产业培育、人才培养以及合作机制建设,引领全球绿色发展;中国大力推动和构建公平合理的全球环境治理体系,倡导各国平等的发展权、环境治理的话语权,从体制层面解决全球环境旧治理体系的弊端,为构建人与自然生命共同体的理念与全球可持续发展贡献了中国方案和中国智慧。China plays a leading role in global environmental governance,which fully demonstrates the world influence and significance of Chinese ideas,Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions.As an advanced concept of global ecological and environmental governance,Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization proposes the concept of building a community of life on earth,points out the path to correctly handle the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,and is committed to achieving harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It provides the solution to the problem of global ecological and environmental governance.China has actively enhanced its capacity for global environmental governance,focused on solving global environmental governance problems,especially the dilemma faced by developing countries in coordinating economic development with environmental protection.It has vigorously supported green development technology,capital,industry,human resources and cooperation mechanisms,and led global green development.China has vigorously promoted and built a fair and reasonable global environmental governance system,advocated the equal rights of all countries to development and the right to speak in environmental governance,addressed the shortcomings of the old global environmental governance system from the institutional level,and contributed to the concept of building a community of life between man and nature and global sustainable development.
