专精特新企业突破式创新前因组态及演进研究——基于战略三角的动态fsQCA分析

摘  要:在经济发展范式“脱虚向实”的背景下,专精特新“小巨人”企业已成为落实创新驱动发展战略的关键载体,研究其高突破式创新内在机理和实现路径,有助于我国突破“卡脖子”技术瓶颈和实现科技自立自强。基于“战略三角”观,以2017—2022年160家专精特新“小巨人”企业为样本,运用多时段动态fsQCA和NCA结合的方法,试图探究资源(研发人才、高管学术经历、学习吸收能力、财务柔性)、行业(行业竞争度)和制度(政府补助、社会信任)三层面的突破式创新的组态效应和演进规律。结果显示:第一,突破式创新前因组态多重并发;第二,存在资源导向型(人才密集型、知识吸收型)、制度资源并驱型(政策支持型、社会资本型、政策驱动型)和战略三角配合型3种高突破式创新组态路径;第三,以疫情为界点,在2017—2019年、2020—2022年两时段中,前因条件呈现“主导轨迹”和“转折轨迹”两种演进规律。Against the background of the economic development paradigm of“turning from the virtual to the real”,“Little Giant”enterprises have become the key carrier for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,and the study of the inner mechanism and realization path of their high breakthrough innovation will help China break through the“neck-breaking”technological bottlenecks and achieve scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.Based on the“strategic triangle”view,this paper takes 160“Little Giant”enterprises as samples from 2017 to 2022,and applies the method of combining multi-temporal dynamic fsQCA and NCA in an attempt to explore the resources(R&D talents,academic experience of executives)and the paths of their breakthrough innovations.(R&D talents,executives’academic experience),learning and absorbing ability,financial flexibility,industry(industry competitiveness),and system(government subsidies,social trust)to investigate the group effect and evolution law of breakthrough innovation.The results show that:first,breakthrough innovation antecedent grouping patterns are multiple and concurrent;second,there are three high breakthrough innovation grouping paths of resource-oriented(talent-intensive,knowledge-absorbing),system-resource concurrently-driven(policy-supportive,social-capital-based,and policy-driven),and strategic-triangle-cooperative;and third,with the epidemic as the boundary point,in the period of 2017—2019,Thirdly,using the epidemic as the boundary point,in the two time periods of 2017—2019 and 2020—2022,the antecedent conditions show two kinds of evolution laws,namely,“dominant trajectory”and“turning trajectory”.
