企业数字可供性与双元创新的关系研究

摘　　要：将国内外期刊上数字可供性相关研究与国内权威性数字化发展报告研究相结合,针对我国企业对数字可供性的关注点,构建了解耦可供性、去中介化可供性、生成可供性与流程管理可供性4个子维度的数字可供性词典;通过Python对2010—2023年中国沪、深A股上市公司的年报进行文本分析,量化测度了企业数字可供性水平;构建计量模型并实证检验了企业数字可供性对双元创新的影响,进行了稳健性检验、内生性检验和异质性分析。研究结果显示:数字可供性正向影响探索式创新和利用式创新;解耦可供性、去中介化可供性、生成可供性以及流程管理可供性均能推动企业探索式创新;生成可供性、流程管理可供性更能推动企业利用式创新。数字可供性对探索式创新的积极影响在不同科技属性、不同产权性质和不同规模的企业中均存在,但数字可供性对利用式创新的积极影响只存在于非国有企业、高科技企业中。数字可供性对东部企业双元创新具有显著促进作用,对中西部企业双元创新影响并不显著。The research first combines the relevant research on digital affordance in domestic and foreign journals with the domestic authoritative digital development report,and constructs a digital affordance dictionary with four sub-dimensions:decoupling affordance,disintermediation affordance,generative affordances,and process management affordance,based on the concerns of enterprises on digital affordance.Then,Python is used to conduct text analysis on the annual reports of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023,and the level of enterprise digital affordance is quantitatively measured.Finally,a econometric model is constructed and the impact of enterprise digital affordance on ambidextrous innovation is empirically tested,and robustness test,endogeneity test and heterogeneity analysis are carried out.The research results show that:digital affordances positively affect exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation;decoupling affordances,disintermediation affordances,generative affordances and process management affordances can all promote enterprise exploratory innovation;generating affordances and process management affordances can better promote enterprise exploitative innovation.The positive impact of digital affordances on exploratory innovation exists in enterprises with different technological attributes,different property rights and different sizes,but the positive impact of digital affordances on exploitative innovation only exists in non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises and large enterprises.In addition,digital affordances have a significant positive impact on ambidextrous innovation of eastern enterprises,but have no significant impact on ambidextrous innovation of central and western enterprises.
