喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片用于治疗双相情感障碍患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片用于治疗双相情感障碍的临床效果.方法 本研究选取2021年2月-2024年2月在我院接受丙戊酸镁缓释片单独用药治疗的100例双相情感障碍患者作为对照组,同期选取在我院接受喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗的100例双相情感障碍患者作为试验组;对两组临床资料进行分析.结果 两组患者治疗前BRMS、HAMA、HAMD、GDNF、BDNF、TNF-α、IL-1β比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),经治疗,两组各指标均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组各指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论 喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片用于治疗双相情感障碍安全可靠,可推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods In this study,100 patients with bipolar disorder who received magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets alone in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients with bipolar disorder who received quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in our hospital were selected as the experimental group during the same period.The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in BRMS,HAMA,HAMD,GDNF,BDNF,TNF-αand IL-1βbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and all indexes in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets is safe and reliable in the treatment of bipolar disorder.
