碳酸锂联合奥氮平对双相障碍缓解期患者言语记忆及持续操作测验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨碳酸锂联合奥氮平治疗对双相障碍(BPD)缓解期患者言语记忆及持续操作测验的影响.方法 将本院2021年10月-2023年10月住院的85例BPD患者随机分为对照组(n=43,采用碳酸锂治疗)与联合组(n=42,在对照组基础上给予患者奥氮平治疗),两组均接受8周治疗.观察比较两组患者临床疗效、贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ-RSC)、言语记忆测验(HVLT-R)及持续操作测验(CPT)的评分.结果 联合组临床总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组BRMS评分、EPQ-RSC各维度评分均低于对照组;HVLT-R评分、CPT评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 碳酸锂联合奥氮平治疗BPD患者,可有效改善患者的情绪状态、认知功能,并提高生活质量,且不增加不良反应.Objective To investigate the effects of lithium carbonate combined with olanzapine on verbal memory and continuous operation tests in patients with bipolar disorder(BPD)in remission.Methods 85 patients with BPD hospitalized in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=43,the control group was treated with lithium carbonate)and combination group(n=42,patients were treated with olanzapine on the basis of the control group).Both groups received treatment for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy,Baker-Lavensen Mania Scale(BRMS)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised,Short Scale For Chinese(EPQ-RSC),Verbal Memory Test(HVLT-R)and continuous Operation Test(CPT)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of combination group was 97.62%,higher than that of control group 81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BRMS scores and EPQ-RSC scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,HVLT-R scores and CPT scores were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of lithium carbonate combined with olanzapine in the treatment of BPD patients can effectively improve the emotional state,cognitive function,and quality of life of patients,and does not increase adverse reactions.
