抗菌药物说明书老年人用药信息标注情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的 对我院住院药房抗菌药物说明书老年人用药信息标注情况进行调查分析,为临床合理用药提供参考,以保障老年人用药安全.方法 收集我院住院药房抗菌药物说明书,对说明书中"用法用量""注意事项""老年用药"和"药代动力学"等项目中提及老年人用药相关内容进行统计分析.结果 共收集79份抗菌药物说明书,按药品剂型分为注射剂49份(62.03%),口服制剂30份(37.97%).除"老年用药"项(100%)外,其余说明书各项中老年人相关信息提及比例相对较高的为"药代动力学"(48.10%)、"用法用量"(36.71%)及"注意事项"(24.05%),标注比例最低的为"不良反应"(2.53%)和"禁忌"(2.53%).说明书所标注的老年人相关用药信息中尚有部分无实际临床用药指导意义.结论 抗菌药物说明书老年人用药信息标注不完善,应加强对说明书中有具体临床指导意义的老年用药信息的标注,确保用药安全.Objective To investigation and analysis of elderly medication information in drug instructions of antibacterial drugs in our hospital's inpatient pharmacy,to provide reference for clinically rational use of these medicines and ensure the safety of medication for elderly people.Methods Collection of antibacterial drugs in our hospital`s inpatient pharmacy,to statistics and analysis of"usage and dosage""precautions""the elderly medication"and"pharmacokinetics"and other items the instructions on the elderly medication information.Results A total of 79 drug instructions of antibacterial drugs were collected,which were assigned into injection 49 pieces(62.03%)and oral preparation 30 pieces(37.97%).Except for the"the elderly medication"items(100%),geriatric medication information was mentioned under the items of"pharmacokinetics"(48.10%),"usage and dosage"(36.71%)and"precautions"(24.05%),in relatively high proportions,and in the lowest proportion under the items of"adverse reactions"(2.53%)and"contraindications"(2.53%).Some of the elderly medication information marked in the instructions does not have practical clinical drug guidance significance.Conclusion The elderly medication information in drug instructions of antibacterial drugs was not perfect,should strengthen the labeling of clinical guidance information on the use of drugs in the elderly in the instructions to ensure drug safety.
