摘  要:目的 分析内分泌科护理教学中实行情景模拟带教的临床效果.方法 采用2020年1月-12月在我院实习的61例护理实习生进行研究,将2020年1月-6月实行传统教学的31名护生作为对照组,将2020年7月-12月实行情景模拟带教的30名护生作为观察组,实习结束后,比较两组护生的理论知识、操作技能考核成绩及对教学方法的满意度.结果 与对照组相比,观察组操作技能、理论知识考核成绩均更优,教学满意度也更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 内分泌科护理教学中实行情景模拟带教能够提高教学考核成绩和教学满意度,应用价值较高.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementing scenario simulation teaching in endocrine nursing education.Methods A study was conducted on 61 nursing interns who interned at our hospital from January to December 2020.From January to June 2020,31 participants in traditional teaching were selected as the control group,30 participants who underwent scenario simulation teaching from July to December 2020 will be selected as the observation group,compare the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in both practical and theoretical assessments,the satisfaction with teaching is higher,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing scenario simulation teaching in endocrine nursing education can improving teaching assessment scores and enhancing teaching satisfaction have high clinical application value.
