半夏泻心汤治疗上热下寒型慢性胃炎的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究采用半夏泻心汤治疗上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法抽取2023年4月-2024年4月宿豫区人民医院60例上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=30)以及观察组(n=30)。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、炎症因子指标。结果观察组治疗效果(93.33%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异明显(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05);观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平更低(P<0.05)。结论对上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者选择半夏泻心汤治疗方案,治疗效果较高,可以缓解症状,降低炎症因子水平。目的探究采用半夏泻心汤治疗上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果.方法抽取2023年4月-2024年4月宿豫区人民医院60例上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=30)以及观察组(n=30).对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗.比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、炎症因子指标.结果观察组治疗效果(93.33%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异明显(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05);观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平更低(P<0.05).结论对上热下寒型慢性胃炎患者选择半夏泻心汤治疗方案,治疗效果较高,可以缓解症状,降低炎症因子水平.Objective To investigate the effect of using half-summer diarrhea heart soup in treating patients with chronic gastritis of upper heat and lower cold type.Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis of upper heat and lower cold type in Suyu District People's Hospital were extracted from April 2023 to April 2024,and were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional plus half-summer diarrhea heart soup.Comparison of therapeutic effects,TCM symptom scores,and inflammatory factor indexes.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),with a significant difference(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05);and the C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Selecting the treatment program of hemixia diarrhea heart soup for patients with chronic gastritis of the type of upper heat and lower cold,the therapeutic effect is higher,which can alleviate the symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
