摘 要:中国古代哲学思想与中医理论乃一脉相承,均以象思维为主要原创思维认识自然万物。“天癸”作为中医独特术语,首见于《素问·上古天真论》,在人的生长发育及生殖中占有重要地位。目前多数医家认为天癸的根本物质基础是“肾中精气”,但其发生发展内涵仍旧百家争鸣。文章从象思维浅析天癸古今内涵,认为天癸可能是人体的一种自然生理事件模型。通过对天癸的发生发展规律及演绎原理开展研究,希冀为中医学天癸理论及相关生理、病理研究提供一些启示。Ancient Chinese philosophical thought and Chinese medical theory come down in one continuous line,both using'Xiang thinking'as the main original thinking to understand all things natural.As a unique term in Chinese medicine,‘Tiangui'was first mentioned in Suwen·Shanggu Tianzhen Lun,and plays an important role in human growth and development and reproduction.At present,most medical practitioners believe that the fundamental material basis of Tiangui is'essence in the kidney',but the connotation of its development is still debated by a hundred different schools of thought.The article analyses the ancient and modern connotations of Tiangui from the perspective of the Xiang thinking,and argues that Tiangui may is a model of the natural physiological events of the human body.By studying the laws of occurrence and development of Tiangui and its deductive principles,it is hoped that this study will provide some insight into the theory of Tiangui in Chinese medicine and related physiopathological research.
