摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中关于五体层次分间及针刺深浅的论述,主要集中在《素问·刺齐论篇》《素问·刺要论篇》《灵枢·官针》等篇。后世学者对此多不细辨细究,五体之虚实不分,针刺之深浅不别,针至病所及气至病所不辨,刺之要不识,致针刺之效不彰。文章细析五体层次分间,诠释及发挥《黄帝内经》针刺之深浅及刺之要,以针刺之要,在明气之虚实,知其深浅,刺虚空分间为要,使气至病所为要。Huangdi Neijing mainly focuses on the five bodies and the depth of needling in Suwen·Prick Qi.Suwen Prick Essentials,Lingshu·Oficial Needle,et..Later generations of scholars do not have a detailed study of this,the five body constituents of the deficiency-excess are not differentiated,the depth of acupuncture is not different,the needle to the disease and qi to the disease are not identified,and the key to stabbing not know,so that the effect of acupuncture does not manifest.The article analyzes the five body constituents levels and intervals,interprets and plays the depth and the key of needling in Huangdi Neijing and the importance of needling is understand the qi's reality,know its depth,stabbing the emptiness of the intervals for the importance of making the qi to the place of disease.
