《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》补泻汤组方结构分析

摘　　要：《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》总结了《汤液经法》辨五脏病证及组方用药规律。该书结合了体用哲学观、用虚体实的证治观与脏腑辨证观等,认识到脏气平和的本质即是五脏体用的平衡。其用药除依据药物的功效与主治外,又融合了药味五行互含等重要理念。该书所列之大小补泻汤方是以此为核心创设出的法度严谨、原则鲜明、内涵深刻、系统性强的经典方剂。这极大地丰富了君臣佐使组方原则,深化了组方原理。本研究在剖析《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》补泻汤组方基本原则的基础上,深入解析其制方内涵并阐明原理,以期为分析研究古今经方名方提供新的切入点及可靠路径,或为临床创制新方提供依据。Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao summarized the Tangye Jingfa to differentiate the five zang viscera disease syndrome and the rules of prescription and formula.It combined the substance and function of viscera,the principle of treatment of substantial deficiency as excess and functional deficiency as deficiency,and snydrome differentiation of zang fu viscera,etc.recognizing that the essence of zang qi equilibrium was the balance of the substance and function of viscera.The medication was not only based on the efficacy and indications of the drug,but also integrates important concepts such as the mutual inclusion with the five elements of medicinal flavors.The large or small tonic and purging decoctions were based on the core theory creating classic formulas with rigorous structure,clear principles,profound connotation and strong systematicness.This greatly enriched the principle of formula structure for monarchs,ministers and adjuvant,and guiding drugs,and strengthened the connotation of the existing formula system.The purpose of this study was to analyze the basic principles and theories of tonic and purging decoctions for five zang in Fuxingjue Zangfu Yongyao Fayao,in order to provide a new entry point and reliable path for the analysis and study of classical formulas,or basis theories for clinic to create prescriptions.
