气虚质人群肠道菌群与宿主代谢共变化研究

摘　　要：气虚质是一种常见的偏颇体质,以少气懒言、神疲乏力等气虚和脏腑功能状态低下表现为主要特征,与消化系统疾病、代谢疾病和亚健康状态的发生密切相关。文章基于过往研究中已证实的气虚质人群肠道菌群及其与代谢功能的关联,提出“改变气虚质肠道菌群结构可影响其代谢功能,并存在与代谢相关的典型功能菌群”这一假说,并阐述研究思路。这对于我们深入理解气虚质的现代医学内涵和开展基于肠道菌群的中医体质个性化诊疗与预防具有重要意义。Qi deficiency constitution is a kind of common biased constitution,with short of breath and lazy,fatigue and other symptoms of qi deficiency and low performance of zang fu function state as the main characteristics,and it is closely related to digestive system diseases,metabolic diseases and sub-health state.Based on the relationship between intestinal flora and metabolism function of qi deficiency people,which has been confirmed in previous studies,this paper proposes the hypothesis that changes in intestinal flora structure of qi deficiency people can affect their metabolic function,and there are typical functional flora related to metabolism',and elaborates the research ideas.This is of great significance for us to deeply understand the connotation of modern medicine of qi deficiency and to carry out personalized diagnosis and treatment and prevention of traditional Chinese medicine constitution based on intestinal flora.
