基于中西医临床病证特点的胆石症动物模型分析

摘　　要：胆石症是临床的常见病。目前尚未发现防治该疾病、避免其复发的有效干预措施,迫切需要建立可靠、稳定的动物模型来辅助对胆石症发病机制和相关治疗药物的研究。文章基于胆石症的中西医病因病机及临床症状,结合现有相关文献对胆石症动物模型的造模方法进行归纳探讨,发现梗阻感染型中西医临床吻合度最高。但当前造模方法多以西医理论为指导,无法充分体现中医病因病机,病证结合动物模型较少,动物行为学评价缺乏中医“四诊”相关表观学特点,模型评价指标与中医临床表现不统一,导致中医吻合度评价困难。因此,文章通过分析胆石症动物模型与中西医诊断标准的吻合度,总结不同造模方法的特点,完善动物模型评价体系,对高吻合度胆石症中西医临床病证动物模型的建立提出建议,以期为探索胆石症发病机制和相关药物防治研究提供理论参考。Cholelithiasis is a common clinical disease.At present,no effective intervention measures have been found to prevent and control this disease and avoid its recurrence.Therefore,it is urgent to establish reliable and stable animal models to assist the research on the pathogenesis of cholelithiasis and related therapeutic drugs.In this paper,based on the etiology.pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of cholelithiasis of Chinese and Western medicine,combined with existing relevant literature,the modeling method of cholelithiasis animal model was summarized and discussed,and it was found that the obstruction infection type of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had the highest clinical anastomosis.However,the current modeling methods are mostly guided by western medicine theories,which cannot fully reflect the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the combination of disease and syndrome with animal models is few.The evaluation of animal behavior lacks the epigenetic features related to the‘four diagnoses'of TCM,and the evaluation indexes of model are not consistent with the clinical manifestations of TCM,leading to the difficulty in the evaluation of TCM anastomosis.Therefore,by analyzing the coincidence between the animal model of cholelithiasis and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper summarizes the characteristics of different modeling methods,improves the evaluation system of animal models,and puts forward suggestions on the establishment of animal models of clinical symptoms of cholelithiasis with high coincidence,in order to provide theoretical references for exploring the pathogenesis of cholelithiasis and related drug prevention and treatment.
