基于阴火论探讨肝癌的治疗

摘　　要：文章阐释李东垣“阴火论”致病的本质:源于脾胃气虚,精微下注,内寄于肝肾相火肆乱作病。总结阴火论致瘤的病机演变:脾虚不能充养肝脏,肝体阴不足,用阳失司,气血津精代谢失常,郁滞化火,与病理相火两恶相合,积生而瘤长。分析阴火与肝癌的相关性:阴火势微瘤隐匿,肝癌无症难诊明,阴火肆虐纷症起,肝癌无制难医治。归纳阴火论治肝癌治法:补脾升阳泻阴火,益肝养肾济相火,消癥祛积瘤易痊。This paper explains the essence of LI Dongyuan's'theory of yin fire':it originates from the deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,the downward injection of essence,and the disorder of liver and kidney ministerial fire.The development of the pathogenesis of the yin fire theory of tumors is summarized below:spleen deficiency is unable to nourish the liver,the liver is deficient in yin and yang,the metabolism of qi,blood,fluid,and essence is abnormal,and the stagnation turns into fire,and the evil combine with the pathological ministerial fire to accumulate and grow the tumor.To analyze the correlation between yin fire and liver cancer:if yin fire is hidden,it is difficult to diagnose liver cancer without symptoms;if fire yin is rampant,it is difficult to cure liver cancer without control.The treatment of liver cancer according to the theory of yin fire is summarized as follows:nourish the spleen,elevate the yang,and remove the yin fire;benefit the liver,nourish the kidney,and relieve the ministerial fire,eliminate the symptoms and remove the accumulation of tumors.
