摘  要:明代朱权所著《活人心法》是一部我国养生文献史上较为重要的养生导引专著。该书篇幅虽短,但内容丰富,载录的调摄方法简便实用,其养生思想理论独具特色,价值深远,且颇具现实意义。笔者拟从“疗心守道,五脏调和”“饮馔诸食,顾脾补元”“四时起居,循变顺时”“导引吐纳,却病延寿”四个方面全面总结凝练朱权《活人心法》的养生思想特色,以飨同道。The book Huoren Xinfa,written by ZHU Quan in Ming dynasty,is a significant monograph on health preservation and Daoyin in the history of Chinese health preservation literature.Although concise in length,it is rich in content,featuring simple and practical methods for regulating health.Its health preservation philosophy is distinctive,with profound theoretical value,far-reaching influence,and considerable practical significance.This article seeks to comprehensively analyze and summarize the key features of ZHU Quan's Huoren Xinfa across four aspects:cultivating the mind and safeguarding the Dao while harmonizing the five internal organs,balancing diets to nourish the spleen and replenish primordial qi,adapting to seasonal changes and aligning with natural rhythms,and practicing Daoyin and breathing techniques to prevent illness and prolong life.Therefore,this paper aims to providing valuable insights for scholars and practitioners in the field of health preservation.
