摘  要:目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联用方案对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及血清神经因子的影响。方法 以随机数字表法将2021年6月至2024年6月在南安市康复院就诊的94例抑郁症患者分为两组,每组47例。对照组采取艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在此基础上联用奥氮平治疗。治疗8周后,对比两组患者抑郁情绪、血清神经因子、炎症因子、不良反应。结果 治疗前,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)分值、血清神经因子和炎症因子中各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HAMD分值、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-8分别为(11.08±1.23)分、(4.12±0.93)ng/mL、(3.74±0.58)ng/mL、(0.81±0.05)ng/mL、(7.01±1.02)ng/mL、(4.51±0.40)μg/mL、(5.34±0.53)ng/mL,均低于对照组[(14.13±1.64)分、(6.39±1.18)ng/mL、(5.20±1.01)ng/mL、(1.18±0.11)ng/mL、(9.15±1.07)ng/mL、(5.52±0.75)μg/mL、(6.79±0.78)ng/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为14.89%(7/47)、6.38%(3/47),两组对比差异无统计学意义(P=0.181)。结论 艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联用治疗抑郁症患者,有助于改善患者抑郁情绪,调节血清神经因子及炎症因子水平,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of escitalopram combined with olanzapine on depression and serum nerve factors in patients with depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with depression in Nan'an Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with escitalopram, and the observation group was treated with olanzapine on this basis. After 8 weeks of treatment, depression, serum nerve factors, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) scores, serum nerve factors, and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the HAMD score of the observation group was(11.08±1.23) points, the neuron specific enolase(NSE) was(4.12±0.93) ng/mL, the myelin basic protein(MBP) was(3.74±0.58) ng/mL, the S100 calcium binding protein B(S100B) was(0.81±0.05) ng/mL, the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was(7.01±1.02) ng/mL, the interleukin-2(IL-2) was(4.51±0.40) μg/mL, the interleukin-8(IL-8) was(5.34±0.53) ng/mL, which were lower than those of the control group [(14.13±1.64) points,(6.39±1.18) ng/mL,(5.20±1.01) ng/mL,(1.18±0.11) ng/mL,(9.15±1.07) ng/mL,(5.52±0.75) μg/mL,(6.79±0.78) ng/mL](P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.89%(7/47), while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.38%(3/47). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.181). Conclusion Escitalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression is helpful to improve the depression of patients, regulate the levels of serum nerve factors and inflammatory factors, and has good safety.
