摘 要:基于普通高校路桥工程学科师资队伍发展现状,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建包括师资结构、教师引进与队伍能力提升、教学与科研能力3个一级指标,职称、学历结构等9个二级指标,以及高级职称教师占比、师德、思政建设等33个三级指标的普通高校路桥工程学科师资队伍建设评价指标体系。基于国内多所普通高校路桥工程学科师资队伍状况调研数据的统计结果显示:科研能力权重最大,教学能力次之,师德、思政建设权重偏低。普通高校应在重视科研能力的基础上,进一步提高教学能力,同时加大师德、思政建设的投入和考核工作。Based on the development status of the teaching staff of road and bridge engineering in colleges and universities,the analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct three first-level indicators including teacher structure,teacher introduction and team ability improvement,teaching and scientific research ability,nine second-level indicators including title and educational background structure,and the evaluation index system of road and bridge engineering teaching staff construction of common colleges and universities with 33 three-level indicators,such as the proportion of teachers with senior titles,teachers′ethics,ideological and political construction.Based on the survey data of the teaching staff of road and bridge engineering in many colleges and universities in China,the statistical results show that the weight of scientific research ability is the largest,the teaching ability is the second,and the weight of teachers′ethics and ideological and political construction is low.On the basis of attaching importance to the ability of scientific research,colleges and universities should further improve their teaching ability,and at the same time increase the investment and assessment of teachers'ethics,ideological and political construction.
