摘  要:对仓顶、仓房外墙、门窗、进仓检查门、通风口等部位进行了改造提升,重点提升仓房隔热、气密等关键性能;同时,在仓房改造后对仓房隔热效果及绿色防治储粮害虫技术开展研究。试验结果证明,经仓房改造后仓温粮温明显降低,害虫减少,结合惰性粉、诱捕灯等绿色防治储粮害虫技术,能够有效控制虫害发生。低温储粮及非化学药剂防虫技术不仅改善了仓储作业环境,减少了能耗,而且实现了粮食仓储控温储藏保质保鲜、药剂使用减量增效。This study has carried out renovations and improvements to the warehouse roof,exterior walls,doors and windows,entrance inspection doors,ventilation openings,and other areas,with a focus on enhancing key performance such as thermal insulation and airtightness of the warehouse;At the same time,research will be conducted on the thermal insulation effect and green pest control technology for stored grain after the renovation of the warehouse.The experimental results have shown that after the renovation of the warehouse,the temperature of the grain in the warehouse has significantly decreased,and the number of pests has decreased.Combined with green pest control technologies such as inert powder and trapping lamps,the occurrence of pests in grain storage can be effectively controlled.Low temperature grain storage and non chemical pesticide pest control technology not only improve the storage environment and reduce energy consumption,but also achieve temperature control,storage,quality preservation,and efficiency reduction of pesticide use in grain storage.
