摘 要:为提高二嗪磷、马拉硫磷、丙溴磷3种农药在结球甘蓝中检测准确度,根据GB 2763-2021判定方法和NY/T 761-2008检测方法,从7个方面对结球甘蓝中3种有机磷类农药的标准测量不确定度进行了综合评定。结果显示:标准溶液配制不确定度范围为1.28%~1.37%,占比约35%,是决定检测结果准确的关键性因素;称量不确定度为0.12%,占比3.2%,影响最小。综合不确定度主要因素来源,在现有固定且稳定检测条件下,检测人员的技术水平高低往往决定着检测结果的可靠程度,面对大批量检测任务时,尽量做到同类或同属蔬菜批量归类,并对其进行质控监测。通过对结球甘蓝中3种农药残留量标准不确定度的评定,可为其最大残留限量(MRL值)附近的可疑阳性样品作是否合格的准确判定提供可靠依据。In order to improve the accuracy of detecting three pesticides,diazinon,malathion,and bromophosphorus,in cabbage,this study comprehensively evaluated the standard measurement uncertainty of the three organic phosphorus pesticides in cabbage from seven aspects based on the GB 2763-2021 judgment method and NY/T 761-2008 detection method.The results showed that the uncertainty range of standard solution preparation was 1.28%~1.37%,accounting for about 35%,which was the key factor determining the accuracy of the test results.The weighing uncertainty was 0.12%,accounting for 3.2%,with the smallest impact.The main source of comprehensive uncertainty is that under the existing fixed and stable testing conditions,the technical level of the testing personnel often determines the reliability of the testing results.For a large number of testing tasks,it is advisable to classify vegetables of the same or the same genus in batches for quality control.The measurement uncertainty of corresponding pesticide parameters in cabbage can provide reliable basis for accurately determining whether suspicious positive samples near the MRL value are qualified,and it is crucial for production and operation entities to bear legal responsibility.By evaluating the uncertainty of the three pesticide residue limits in cabbage,it can provide reliable basis for accurate determination of whether suspicious positive samples near the maximum residue limit(MRL value)are qualified.
