摘  要:科技奖励作为激发人才创新潜能的重要举措,对推进创新型国家建设具有重要意义。学界已从国内外科技奖励对比和地方奖励制度和效果等方面对科技奖励进行了研究分析。本文在全生命周期视角下,聚焦科技奖励对科技人才的激励作用及面临的挑战,在此基础上,提出健全多层次人才表彰体系、正确引导科技奖励中的“马太效应”、加强科技奖励中的科研诚信监管等建议。As an essential initiative to stimulate the innovative potential of talents,scientific and technological awards are of great significance for advancing the construction of an innovative country.The academic community had conducted research and analysis on scientific and technological awards from aspects such as the comparison of domestic and foreign scientific and technological awards and the local award system and its effects.From the perspective of the entire life cycle,this paper focused on the stimulating effect of scientific and technological awards on scientific and technological talents and the challenges that they encounter.On this basis,it proposes suggestions such as improving the multi-level talent recognition system,correctly guiding the"Matthew effect"in scientific and technological awards,strengthening the supervision of scientific research integrity in scientific and technological awards,and so on.
