时效处理对Mo掺杂TiC增强Incone1718复合材料组织及性能的影响

摘  要:对TiC增强Inconel718复合材料添加元素Mo,采用放电等离子烧结并进行时效处理,分析时效处理对Mo掺杂TiC/Incone1718复合材料微观组织、物相构成、硬度、耐腐蚀及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,随着Mo的含量增加,TiC/Incone1718复合材料的组织中浅灰色条带变粗,TiC在Incone1718基体中的分布趋于分散,偏聚度下降,并被Mo包裹大量进入Incone1718基体界面处;经时效处理后,Mo掺杂TiC/Incone1718复合材料中各相的分布更加均匀,同时二次相MoC在晶界处析出,对复合材料有一定的强化作用。晶界处碳化物的析出一定程度上促进了微区内电偶效应的增加,导致复合材料耐腐蚀性的弱化,但是界面良好的结合阻止了氯化物的侵蚀,其钝化倾向降低了复合材料的阳极金属溶解,抵消析出相所导致的电偶效应,降低了材料的腐蚀速率。时效处理后复合材料的内部缺陷减少,热稳定性提高,抗氧化性得到了改善。Mo was added to TiC reinforced Inconel718 composite,and aging treatment was adopted after spark plasma sintering.The effects of aging treatment on the microstructure,phase composition,hardness,corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of Mo doped TiC/Incone1718 composite were analyzed.The results show that the light gray bands in TiC/Incone1718 composites become thicker,the TiC in Incone1718 matrix tends to disperse,the degree of segregation decreases,and a large amount of TiC is wrapped by Mo and enters the interface of Incone1718 matrix with the increase of Mo content.After aging treatment,the distribution of phases in Mo doped TiC/Incone1718 composite is more uniform,and the secondary phase MoC precipitates at the grain boundary,which has a certain strengthening effect on the composite.The precipitation of carbide at the grain boundary promotes the increase of the galvanic effect in the micro area to a certain extent,leading to the weakening of the corrosion resistance of the composite.However,the enhanced bonding at the interface prevents the corrosion of chloride.Its passivation tendency reduces the anodic metal dissolution of the composite,counteracts the galvanic effect caused by the precipitation phase,and reduces the corrosion rate of the material.The internal defects of the composite are reduced,the thermal stability is enhanced,and the oxidation resistance is improved after aging treatment.
