化工企业生命周期视角下的财务管理模式优化研究

摘　　要：文章以企业生命周期理论为基础,结合化工行业的具体特点,深入分析了不同生命周期阶段化工企业财务管理目标、原则和环境的差异。结果表明,化工企业在不同生命周期阶段面临不同的财务管理挑战,需要采取相应的策略以适应发展需求,通过对不同阶段财务管理模式的优化,化工企业可以有效应对生命周期变化,实现财务目标,并促进可持续发展。Based on the theory of the business life cycle,this paper analyzes the differences in financial management objectives,principles,and environments of chemical companies in different life cycle stages,combining the specific characteristics of the chemical industry.The result shows that chemical companies face different financial management challenges in different life cycle stages and need to adopt corresponding strategies to adapt to the needs of development.By optimizing the financial management model in different stages,chemical companies can effectively respond to life cycle changes,achieve financial goals,and promote sustainable development.
