摘　　要：对于企业的发展来说,财务规范是保障企业健康发展的重要内容。新时期背景下,面对激烈竞争,上市公司必须加强财务管理工作。文章以上市公司财务规范问题以及对策作为研究目标,对上市公司财务规范重点与要求展开探讨,得出上市公司财务规范内容。以目前上市公司的财务规范问题为切入点,提出针对性的应对方案,旨在提高企业的内部管理能力,完善财务管理体系,确保企业可以实现高质量的可持续发展,增强上市企业市场竞争力。For the development of enterprises,financial norms are an important content to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.Under the background of the new era,facing the fierce competition,listed companies must strengthen financial management.This paper takes the problems and countermeasures of the financial norms of listed companies as the research objective,discusses the key points and requirements of the financial norms of listed companies,and obtains the contents of the financial norms of listed companies.Taking the current problems of the financial norms of listed companies as the entry point,it proposes targeted countermeasures,aiming at improving the internal management ability of enterprises and improving the financial management system,ensure that enterprises can achieve high-quality sustainable development and enhance the market competitiveness of listed enterprises.
