摘　　要：近年来,数据资产作为一种新兴资产类型,正日益成为城投类集团数字财务建设的重要战略资源。通过对数据资产进行系统化管理和应用,城投类集团可以显著提高财务管理效率,优化资源配置,促进企业价值的提升。文章在分析数据资产化对城投类集团数字财务建设战略意义的基础上,梳理了数据资产化赋能城投类集团数字财务建设的逻辑理路,并提出了具体路径,最后对数据资产化背景下城投类集团数字财务建设的未来趋势进行展望。In recent years,data assets,as an emerging asset type,are increasingly becoming an important strategic resource for the digital finance construction of urban investment groups.By systematically managing and applying data assets,urban investment groups can significantly improve financial management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and promote the enhancement of enterprise value.On the basis of analyzing the strategic significance of data assetization in the digital finance construction of urban investment groups,this article sorts out the logical path of data assetization empowering the digital finance construction of urban investment groups,and proposes specific paths.Finally,it looks forward to the future trend of digital finance construction of urban investment groups under the background of data assetization.
