摘  要:针对半球谐振陀螺零位容易受到温度影响出现漂移,会影响陀螺测量精度和启动时间的问题,分析了半球谐振陀螺的内外热源造成的半球谐振子温度变化的热过程。首先,分析了半球谐振陀螺传热学机理,建立了陀螺的传热学模型,得到了谐振子温度随时间变化关系特性;其次,利用COMSOL软件对建立的陀螺有限元模型进行了传热学仿真,仿真结果与理论模型一致;最后,通过陀螺的温度以及上电启动实验进一步验证了理论模型和仿真的正确性,得到半球谐振陀螺的热稳态时间主要与陀螺结构参数有关,通过改变结构属性参数,可以减小陀螺的热稳态时间,最终改善陀螺的测量精度以及上电启动性能。The bias of hemisphere resonance gyro is prone to drift under the influence of the temperature,which will affect the measurement accuracy and start-up time.The thermal process of the hemisphere resonance caused by the internal and external heat sources of the gyro is analyzed.Firstly,the heat transfer mechanism of the gyro is analyzed,the heat transfer model is established,and the relationship between the temperature of the harmonic oscillator and the time is obtained.Secondly,the finite element model of the gyro is simulated by COMSOL,and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical model.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical model and simulation is further verified by the temperature and startup experiments of the gyro.It is concluded that the thermal steady-state time of the hemisphere gyro is mainly related to the gyro structure parameters,and the temperature of the resonator changes exponentially with time.By changing the structure property parameters,the thermal steady state time of the gyroscope can be reduced,and the measurement accuracy and start-up performance of the gyroscope are improved.
