摘 要:为了获取较高纯度的油酸,以Ni(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O与Cu(NO_(3))_(2)·3H_(2)O为原料,采用共沉淀法制备镍铜催化剂Ni-Cu/SiO_(2),并催化工业油酸选择性加氢制备高纯度油酸。利用单因素实验考查Ni与Cu物质的量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原温度、还原时间对油酸收率和选择性的影响,以对镍铜催化剂的制备条件进行优化,考察催化剂的重复使用性,并通过EDS、SEM、BET、XRD、XPS等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:镍铜催化剂制备的最优条件为Ni与Cu物质的量比1∶3、焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间4 h、还原温度270℃、还原时间2 h,在此条件下油酸收率达到72.11%,油酸选择性达到88.54%,产物油酸含量达到83%以上。所制备的催化剂具有一定的重复使用性。催化剂表征结果表明Ni与Cu形成了较好的合金相,在SiO_(2)中分散良好,且催化剂具有较大的比表面积,维持了载体孔径大小。综上,以共沉淀法制备镍铜催化剂,并通过选择性加氢可得到高纯度油酸。In order to obtain high purity oleic acid, Ni(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O and Cu(NO_(3))_(2)·3H_(2)O were used as raw materials to prepare Ni-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst by co-precipitation method, and selective hydrogenation of industrial oleic acid was catalyzed to prepare high purity oleic acid. The effects of the molar ratio of Ni to Cu, calcination temperature, calcination time, reduction temperature and reduction time on the yield and selectivity of oleic acid were investigated by single factor experiments to optimize the preparation conditions of Ni-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst. The reusability of the catalyst was investigated. The Ni-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst was characterized by EDS, SEM, BET, XRD and XPS. The results showed that the optimal conditions for preparation of Ni-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst were as follows: molar ratio of Ni to Cu 1∶ 3, calcination temperature 400℃, calcination time 4 h, reduction temperature 270 ℃ and reduction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield and selectivity of oleic acid reached 72.11% and 88.54% respectively, and the oleic acid content in the product was above 83%. The prepared catalyst had certain reusability. The results of catalyst characterization showed that Ni and Cu formed a good alloy phase, which was well dispersed in SiO_(2), and the catalyst had a large specific surface area, which maintained the pore size of the carrier. In summary, high purity oleic acid can be obtained by preparing Ni-Cu/SiO_(2) catalyst by co-precipitation method and selective hydrogenation.
