摘 要:简要介绍了一种基于负压吸附原理的集装箱/敞车两用余煤清扫系统。针对该系统的控制需求,设计了一种基于PLC的智能电气控制系统,实现了余煤的自动化清扫的功能,解决了运煤车厢内余料清理的难题。此外,该系统具备运行效率高、清理效果好、适应性强、安全度高等特点,提高了煤炭运输行业的自动化水平。This paper briefly introduces a container/gondola dual-purpose residual coal cleaning system based on the principle of negative pressure adsorption.In response to the control requirements of this system,an intelligent electrical control system based on PLC has been designed,realizing the automated cleaning of residual coal and solving the problem of cleaning residual material in coal transportation carriages.In addition,this system is characterized by high operational efficiency,excellent cleaning effects,strong adaptability,and a high degree of safety,enhancing the level of automation in the coal transportation industry.
