摘  要:半干法脱硫技术是一种关键的烟气脱硫手段,鉴于其耗水量少、运行费用较低的特点,在干旱和缺水地区优势明显。围绕半干法脱硫工艺展开研究,精心设计了一套全自动控制系统,以提升脱硫过程的稳定性与效率。首先,深入剖析了半干法脱硫技术的原理、工艺流程以及关键参数,同时结合当前控制技术的发展情况,指出了现有系统存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了基于现场PLC/DCS的先进全自动控制系统方案。此方案集成了顺序控制、安全保护和故障诊断等多种功能,借助PID控制实现了对烟气脱硫过程的精确调控。实验结果充分显示,该控制系统不仅大幅提高了脱硫效率,而且有效降低了能耗和运行成本,同时减少了人工干预,具有出色的稳定性和可靠性,为半干法脱硫技术的进一步应用提供了有力支持。Semi-dry desulfurization technology is a key flue gas desulfurization method,which has obvious advantages in arid and water-scarce areas due to its low water consumption and low operating costs.In this paper,the semi-dry desulfurization process is studied,and a fully automatic control system is carefully designed to enhance the stability and efficiency of the desulfurization process.This paper first analyzes the principle,process flow and key parameters of semi-dry desulfurization technology,and points out the problems existing in the existing system in combination with the development of current control technology.On this basis,an advanced automatic control system scheme based on on-site PLC/DCS was proposed,which integrated multiple functions such as sequence control,safety protection and fault diagnosis,and realized the accurate regulation of the flue gas desulfurization process with the help of PID control.The experimental results show that the control system not only greatly improves the desulfurization efficiency,but also effectively reduces the energy consumption and operating cost,reduces manual intervention,and shows excellent stability and reliability,which provides strong support for the further application of semi-dry desulfurization technology.
