摘 要:某厂汽轮机供热系统的所有操作均为运行人员手动控制,根据热力调度对供水温度的需求,通过抽汽调节阀的调整,实现供汽压力的变化,进而改变热网供水温度。这导致在机组升降负荷时运行人员大量操作热网系统,不利于对机组其他参数的监视,同时热网系统参数稳定性也较差。为满足机组经济性要求及机组热网参数稳定性要求,达到智能控制水平,以大大减少运行人员的操作干预,降低企业成本,对热网系统进行了逻辑优化。通过逻辑优化,应用热网系统温度分层控制,同时设置各层控制的闭锁增减条件,以实现机组在升降负荷工况下自动控制热网系统的稳定运行。All operations of the steam turbine heating system in a certain factory are manually controlled by the operating personnel.According to the demand for water supply temperature in thermal dispatch,the steam supply pressure is adjusted through the adjustment of the extraction control valve,thereby changing the water supply temperature of the heating network.This leads to a large number of operators operating the heating network system during the load adjustment of the unit,which is not conducive to monitoring other parameters of the unit,and the stability of the heating network system parameters is also poor.In order to meet the economic requirements of the unit and the stability requirements of the unit's heating network parameters,achieve intelligent control level,greatly reduce the operational intervention of operators,and lower enterprise costs,the heating network system has been logically optimized.Through logical optimization,temperature stratification control of the heating network system is applied,and locking conditions for each layer of control are set to achieve stable operation of the heating network system under automatic control of the unit under load increase and decrease conditions.
