摘  要:目的探讨后足力线Saltzman测量法在青少年扁平足中的应用价值。方法选择2020年10月至2023年10月于徐州市中心医院治疗的青少年扁平足患者74例为试验组,以及健康青少年志愿者74例为对照组。所有入组人员均行Saltzman测量法测量下胫距离关节的可见度,评估不同角度间的扁平足患者后足外翻程度的差异。结果随着角度增加,平足组的胫距关节数量呈下降趋势,明显低于对照组(健康志愿者)(P<0.05)。比较2组改良胫骨后足角的后足力线夹角在不同角度下的差异,发现无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而试验组在各角度下均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后足力线Saltzman测量法可准确测量青少年扁平足外翻程度,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of the hindfoot alignment Saltzman measurement method in adolescent flatfoot.Methods A total of 74 adolescent patients with flatfoot treated at Xuzhou Central Hospital between October 2020 and October 2023 were selected as the experimental group,with 74 healthy adolescent volunteers as the control group.Saltzman's measurement method was used for all participants to measure the visibility of the tibiotalar joint and assess the degree of hindfoot valgus at different angles in flatfoot patients.Results As the angle increased,the number of visible tibiotalar joints in the flatfoot group showed a decreasing trend,which was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).A comparison of the hindfoot alignment angle differences at different angles between the two groups found no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).However,the experimental group had significantly lower results than the control group at all angles(P<0.05).Conclusion The hindfoot alignment Saltzman measurement method can accurately assess the degree of hindfoot valgus in adolescent flatfoot and has certain clinical value.
