摘 要:针对建筑物层高增加给排水消防系统设计带来的挑战,文章提出了一种融合智能分析方法的高层建筑给排水消防系统结构框架。该框架借助BIM技术进行全局模拟仿真,优化给水、排水及消防系统的布局;同时,利用多源智能传感技术对设备状态进行实时监测,并借助大数据分析方法处理相关数据。这一结构框架能够实现水量的合理分配,解决供排水系统的独立布设问题,科学设置冗余备份,从而显著提升给排水消防系统的实用性。In response to the challenges posed by increased building heights on the design of water supply and drainage fire protection systems,this article proposes a structural framework for high-rise building water supply and drainage fire protection systems that integrates intelligent analysis methods.This framework utilises BIM technology for global simulation and optimisation of the layout of water supply,drainage,and fire protection systems;at the same time,it employs multi-source intelligent sensing technology for real-time monitoring of equipment status and uses big data analysis methods to process relevant data.This structural framework enables reasonable allocation of water volume,addresses the issue of independent layout of supply and drainage systems,and scientifically sets up redundant backups,thereby significantly enhancing the practicality of water supply and drainage fire protection systems.
