基于无模型自适应算法的主控式干摩擦阻尼器-双转子系统振动主动控制

摘  要:干摩擦阻尼器能够通过摩擦副的接触产生摩擦阻尼,在转子振动抑制方面有着广阔的应用前景。为了实现对摩擦阻尼的主动控制,设计了一种电磁型主控式弹性环干摩擦阻尼器(Active magnetic elastic ring dry friction damper,AMERDFD),通过电磁执行器来实现对阻尼器正压力的主动调节。然后,建立了AMERDFD–双转子系统的动力学模型,分析了不同支承位置的阻尼器对双转子系统振动影响的灵敏度。基于灵敏度分析结果,确定使用低压风扇轴前轴颈以及低压涡轮轴后轴颈位置的AMERDFD来抑制转子系统的振动。之后,采用跟踪滤波器、最小均方根算法与无模型自适应算法串联的控制结构,对双转子系统的振动主动控制进行了仿真分析。最后,在AMERDFD–双转子系统试验台上,进行了双转子系统加速过临界以及恒速条件下的振动主动控制试验。结果表明,基于所设计的串联控制器,AMERDFD能够明显地抑制双转子系统通过各阶临界转速时的振动,振动抑制最大可达87.5%。此外,所设计的串联控制器也能够在不明显改变其余测点振幅的情况下,有效地抑制恒速条件下转子目标位置的振动。The dry friction dampers can generate friction damping through the contact of the friction pair,which has a broad prospect in rotor vibration suppression.To realize the active control of friction damping,an active magnetic elastic ring dry friction damper(AMERDFD)with the flexible support is designed,realizing the variation of friction damping by controlling the active magnetic actuator.Then,the model of the AMERDFD-twin rotor system is established,and the sensitivity of the damper with different support positions to the rotor vibration is analyzed.As a result,it is determined that the rotor vibration could be suppressed using AMERDFDs at the front/rear journal of the low-pressure fan/turbine shaft.After that,the control structure of tracking filter,least mean square module and model-free adaptive algorithm in series is adopted to simulate the vibration suppression of the twin rotor system.Finally,vibration suppression tests under the rotor run up and constant speed conditions were carried out on the designed test rig.The results show that the designed controller and dry friction damper can greatly suppress the vibration of the twin rotor system passing the critical speeds,and the maximum reduction can be up to 87.5%.In addition,the designed controller can effectively reduce the vibration of the target point at constant speed without significantly influencing the remaining measurement points.
