摘　　要：基于非正式制度的视角,本文使用手工收集的我国城市商业银行的样本考察规范性和文化-认知性制度要素对银行信贷分配的影响。结果表明,媒体关注能够显著促进银行环境贷款的投放,而董事长家乡认同在其中起到了正向的调节作用。进一步分析表明,不同类型媒体具有异质性作用,其中市场导向型媒体的作用相对更强;就董事会决策偏好来看,在更支持发展逻辑的董事会中,董事长家乡认同能够发挥显著的调节作用,结果在一定程度上反映了董事会决策过程中的互动行为。研究结论有利于拓展有关制度理论、绿色金融与银行治理的相关研究,并能够为监管部门针对性地改善银行环境治理实践提供参考。Based on the perspective of informal institutions,this article uses manually collected samples of city commercial banks in China to examine the impact of normative and cultural cognitive institutional elements on bank credit allocation.The results indicate that media coverage can significantly promote bank environmental lending,and the chairman's hometown identity plays a positive moderating role in it.Further analysis shows that different types of media have heterogeneous effects,with market-oriented media playing a relatively stronger role.From the perspective of board decision-making preferences,in boards that are more supportive of development logic,the chairman's hometown identification can play a significant moderating role,which to some extent reflects the interactive behavior in the board decision-making process.The research conclusion is conducive to expanding the relevant research on institutional theory,green finance,and bank governance,and can provide reference for regulatory authorities to improve the practice of bank environmental governance.
