褪黑素与水杨酸处理对西兰花芽苗生长及活性物质的影响

摘  要:以西兰花种子为试验材料,分别采用10μmol/L褪黑素、0.05 mmol/L水杨酸及两者复合浸泡处理种子,设置蒸馏水为对照组,研究发芽期间芽苗生长指标及活性物质含量的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,褪黑素、水杨酸及其两者复合处理可以有效促进西兰花种子发芽,增加芽苗的芽长和鲜质量,提高芽苗抗坏血酸、总酚和类黄酮的含量,并促进硫代葡萄糖苷、异硫氰酸酯和萝卜硫素积累,同时保持黑芥子酶活力升高。其中复合处理组效果最佳。因此,褪黑素联合水杨酸处理,可促进西兰花芽苗富集活性成分,为低成本生产功能性芽苗产品提供依据。Using broccoli seeds as experimental material,the seeds were treated with 10μmol/L melatonin,0.05 mmol/L salicylic acid,and a combination of both for soaking,with distilled water serving as the control group.The study investigated changes in seedling growth indicators and the content of active substances during the germination period.The results showed that compared with the control,the treatments with melatonin,salicylic acid,and their combination effectively promoted the germination of broccoli seeds,increased the length and fresh weight of the seedlings,enhanced the content of ascorbic acid,total phenols,and flavonoids,and led to the accumulation of glucosinolates,isothiocyanates,and sulforaphane,while maintaining an increase in the activity of myrosinase,with the combined treatment group showing the best results.Therefore,the joint treatment of melatonin and salicylic acid is an effective way to enrich active components in broccoli seedlings,which can provide a basis for the low-cost production of functional seedlings products.
