摘 要:文章建立了稻谷中重金属镉的电热蒸发-原子吸收检测方法。称取粉碎后的稻谷粉末约0.1g,进样检测,并采用外标法定量。结果表明,重金属镉在3.775~23.122 ng质量范围内,与其吸收值呈良好线性关系,相关系数不低于0.999,检出限为0.003 mg/kg,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。低、中、高3个不同水平的加标回收率为99.67%~104.00%,样品测定7次的相对标准偏差为0.80%~2.83%,该方法与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法采用配对t-检验,2种方法测定结果没有显著差异(P>0.05)。所建立的方法简单易操作,样品无需前处理,检测速度快,方法精准,仪器无需外接高压气源,可广泛应用于大量稻谷样品中镉的快速检测。A method for detecting heavy metal cadmium in rice grain using electrothermal evaporationatomic absorption spectroscopy was established.Approximately 0.1 g of crushed rice grain powder was weighed for direct injection detection,and quantification was performed using the external standard method.The results showed that cadmium exhibited a good linear relationship with its absorption value within the concentration range of 3.775–23.122 ng,with a correlation coefficient of not less than 0.999.The limit of detection was 0.003 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg.The recovery rates at three spiked levels(low,medium,and high)ranged from 99.67%to 104.00%,and the relative standard deviation of seven measurements was 0.80%–2.83%.The results of this method were compared with those obtained using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy through t-tests,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).The established method is simple,easy to operate,requires no sample pretreatment,has a fast detection speed,and provides accurate results without the need for an external high-pressure gas source.It is suitable for the rapid detection of cadmium in large quantities of rice grain samples.
