摘　　要：文章通过分析工程数据治理现状与BIM数据治理的价值,并结合实际应用案例,阐述了BIM数据格式转换、BIM数据关联共享等BIM数据治理需求,以及BIM数据治理在项目级BIM数据应用、企业级数字资产管理和政务信息化能力提升等多种场景中的应用,并进行了后续研究与应用的分析和展望。Based on the analysis of the current situation of engineering data governance,as well as the value of BIM data governance,and combined with practical application cases,this paper elaborates the needs of BIM data governance,such as BIM data transformation,BIM data association and sharing,as well as the application of BIM data governance in various scenarios such as project-level BIM data application,enterprise-level digital asset management and government informatization capability improvement,and carries out follow-up research and application analysis and prospects.
