摘 要:眼的调节功能有助于清晰聚焦并且看清眼前不同距离的物体,其相关参数包括调节幅度、调节灵敏度及正负相对调节等。屈光手术作为矫正近视的重要手段,其对术后眼调节功能的影响及随之而来的视疲劳问题逐渐受到广泛关注。研究表明,屈光手术后调节功能的恢复存在个体差异,部分患者可能出现调节异常,从而导致视疲劳。尽管多数症状可在数月内自行缓解,但对术后视觉质量的长期影响仍不可忽视。文章综述了当前主流的角膜屈光手术与有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术(ICL)对调节功能相关参数的影响及其与视疲劳的关系,并探讨了这些变化在术后视觉功能恢复中的潜在影响。The accommodative function of the eye helps to focus clearly and visualize objects at different distances,with its related parameters including accommodation amplitude,accommodation sensitivity,and positive/negative relative accommodation,etc.As a pivotal intervention for myopia correction,refractive surgery has gradually attracted widespread attention for its effect on postoperative ocular accommodation and the ensuing problem of visual fatigue.Studies have shown that there are individual differences in the recovery of accommodative function after refractive surgery,and some patients may experience accommodative dysfunction that can lead to visual fatigue.Although most symptoms may resolve on their own within a few months,the long-term effects on postoperative visual quality should not be ignored.This article reviews the effects of current mainstream corneal refractive surgeries and posterior chamber intraocular lens(ICL)implantation on accommodative function parameters and their relationship with visual fatigue,and explores the potential impact of these changes on postoperative visual function recovery.
