摘　　要：正畸诱导炎性牙根吸收(orthodontically induced inflammatory root resorption,OIIRR)是一种与多因素相关的医源性并发症,其对于牙齿的健康和正畸治疗效果的稳定有直接的影响。文章综述聚焦于OIIRR的诊断、治疗及预后管理的最新研究进展。准确的诊断对OIIRR的评估十分重要,临床上将锥形束CT(cone-beam CT,CBCT)及根尖X线片作为检测OIIRR的有效方法。关于生物标志物用于检测OIIRR的研究,为临床提供了新的诊断思路及方法。目前对于OIIRR的治疗方法主要是运用物理治疗如低强度脉冲超声治疗、低水平激光照射治疗以及药物治疗,这些治疗方法需开展相关研究进一步证实其有效性及精准性。OIIRR作为正畸治疗中常见的并发症,对其准确监控及有效处理,以及对其预后的判断和追踪十分重要。发生OIIRR的牙齿也可以有较好的预后效果。未来应更加明确OIIRR的发病机制,推进对其诊断方式及治疗方法的研究,对正畸治疗中发生牙根吸收的患者做到早发现、早干预、早治疗,以期提高正畸临床诊疗质量。Orthodontically induced inflammatory root resorption(OIIRR)is a multifactorial medical complication,which has a direct impact on dental health and the stability of orthodontic treatment outcomes.This article provides a comprehensive review focusing on the latest research advancements in diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic management of OIIRR.Accurate diagnosis is crucial for the evaluation of OIIRR,and Cone-beam CT(CBCT)and periapical radiographs are clinically effective for detecting OIIRR.Recent research on the use of biomarkers for OIIRR detection has provided new diagnostic ideas and methods for clinical practice.Currently,the primary treatment methods for OIIRR include physical therapies such as low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy and low-level laser therapy,as well as pharmacological interventions.However,further research is needed to confirm the effectiveness and precision of these treatment approaches.As a common complication in orthodontic treatment,accurate monitoring,effective management,prognostic evaluation,and follow-up of OIIRR are of utmost importance.Teeth affected by OIIRR can also have a favorable prognosis.In the future,it is essential to gain a clearer understanding of the pathogenesis of OIIRR,advance research on diagnostic modalities and treatment approaches,and implement early detection,early intervention,and early treatment for patients experiencing root resorption during orthodontic therapy,with a view to enhancing the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment in orthodontics.
