操作性肌电反馈联合神经节苷脂GM1治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者接受操作性肌电反馈+神经节苷脂GM1治疗的有效性。方法:选取2023年5月至2024年6月滁州市中西医结合医院收治的120例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象。通过随机数表法对其进行分组,对照组60例使用神经节苷脂GM1治疗,研究组60例使用神经节苷脂GM1辅助操作性肌电反馈治疗。结果:相比治疗前,治疗后两组上肢运动功能评分均升高,且研究组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率(96.67%)比对照组(73.33%)更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:操作性肌电反馈结合神经节苷脂GM1治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果明显,有利于提高患者的上肢运动功能及神经功能。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of operational electromyographic feedback combined with ganglioside GM1 therapy in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated in Chuzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganglioside GM1,while the study group was treated with ganglioside GM1 to assist operational myoelectric feedback therapy.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,both groups showed an increase in upper limb motor function scores after treatment,and the study group had a higher score than the control group(P<0.05).The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of operational electromyographic feedback and ganglioside GM1 has a significant effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia,which is beneficial for improving the upper limb motor function and neurological function of patients.
