对Hp相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者行双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助序贯疗法治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者行双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助序贯疗法治疗的疗效。方法:将延安大学附属医院2023年6月至2024年6月收治的75例Hp相关性CAG患者按随机抛硬币法分为对照组(n=37)和研究组(n=38)。对照组接受序贯疗法治疗,研究组在序贯疗法治疗基础上接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,比较疗效。结果:研究组总有效率97.37%高于对照组83.78%,Hp根除率97.37%高于对照组81.08%(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,研究组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片应用于Hp相关性CAG治疗的效果良好,可有效促进患者胃黏膜修复,提高Hp根除率,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of sequential therapy assisted by bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)patients.Methods:75 patients with HP-associated CAG admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from June 2023 to June 2024 were divided into a control group(n=37)and a study group(n=38)by random coin toss method.The control group was treated with sequential therapy,and the study group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets on the basis of sequential therapy,and the efficacy was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than the control group(83.78%).The Hp eradication rate of the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than the control group(81.08%)(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the level of pepsinogen I(PG I)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of Hp related CAG has shown good results,which can effectively promote gastric mucosal repair in patients and improve Hp eradication rate.The method has high safety.
