脑心通胶囊联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑心通胶囊联合丹红注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的影响。方法:随机选取在延安大学附属医院接受诊治的ACI患者184例展开研究,运用抽签法分为西药组和联合组,每组各有患者92例。其中西药组患者接受西医常规治疗,联合组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用脑心通胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的NIHSS评分、日常生活能力、炎性因子水平。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为97.83%,显著高于西药组的88.04%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数量表(BI)评分相比差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组NIHSS评分低于西药组,BI评分高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平相比差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗ACI效果显著,可降低患者的NIHSS评分,改善其神经功能,提高日常生活能力,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To explore the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with Danhong injection on National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:184 ACI patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University were randomly selected and divided into a western medicine group and a combination group by drawing lots,with 92 patients in each group.The western medicine group was treated with routine western medicine,while the combination group was treated with Naoxintong capsule combined with Danhong injection on the basis of routine western medicine.The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,daily living ability and inflammatory factor level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(97.83%vs 88.04%,P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups not only had small differences in NIHSS and Barthel Index(BI)scores,but also in interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the BI score was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Naoxintong capsule and Danhong injection has a significant effect on the treatment of ACI,which can reduce the NIHSS score of patients,improve their neurological function,enhance their daily living ability,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
