护理教学中情境模拟法的应用与效果评估

摘  要:随着当前科学技术的不断进步和医疗环境的日益复杂,临床对护理人员技能的要求也在不断提高。护理学是一个理论与实践同等重要的学科,目前护理学习群体存在多样化的特点,学生不仅要在规定的时间内掌握丰富的理论知识,还要具备扎实的实践操作能力,这无疑是一项具有挑战性的任务。作为高等职业学校的护理教师,应努力寻找有效的教学方法,提高学生的独立思考能力和动手操作能力。情境模拟教学法以真实生活为基础,把抽象的知识具体化、形象化,并通过生动具体的场景使之变得形象、直观,从而达到事半功倍的教学效果。这一教学策略高度重视实际应用效果,它强调理论与实践的紧密结合,并具有较高的科学性、实用性、经济性、效率性,是高等职业教育可选择的理想教学方法之一。近年来,情境模拟教学法已经受到了各大高等职业院校的重视,并且通过教学实践取得了良好的效果,提高了高等职业护理专业的教学质量和教学水平。With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the increasingly complex medical environment,the requirements for nursing skills in clinical practice are also constantly increasing.Nursing is a discipline that is equally important in both theory and practice.Students not only need to master rich theoretical knowledge within the prescribed time,but also have solid practical skills,which is undoubtedly a challenging task.As nursing teachers,we should strive to find effective teaching methods to improve students'independent thinking and hands-on abilities.Situational simulation teaching method is one of the ideal teaching methods to choose,which is based on real life,concretizing and visualizing abstract knowledge,and making it visual and intuitive through vivid and concrete scenes.In recent years,the situational simulation teaching method has been paid attention to by various higher vocational colleges,and has achieved good results through teaching practice,which has improved the teaching quality and teaching level of higher vocational nursing.
