摘 要:目的:探讨锦州市儿童青少年血尿酸水平与腰围身高比、生活方式的相关性,为儿童、青少年高尿酸血症的预防提供科学依据。方法:选取2023年5月—11月在锦州医科大学附属医院健康管理中心进行体检的280例童青少年作为研究对象。采用标准方法测量研究对象的身高、体重、腰围、血尿酸水平,并进行问卷调查。结果:不同性别、身体质量指数(BMI)、家庭月收入、母亲BMI的研究对象,其血尿酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究对象的血尿酸水平与腰围身高比、红肉摄入量、禽肉摄入量、水产品摄入量、甜食糕点摄入量、含糖饮料摄入量、茶/咖啡饮料摄入量、盐摄入量和久坐时间呈正相关(P<0.05),与乳类、水摄入量呈负相关(P<0.05)。身体活动水平不同的研究对象,其血尿酸水平相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童青少年应合理膳食、维持良好的运动量、保持健康的生活方式,将血尿酸水平控制在合理的范围,从而预防高尿酸血症的发生。Objective:To explore the correlation of blood uric acid level with waist circumference to height ratio,and lifestyle among children and adolescents in Jinzhou City,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of hyperuricemia in children and adolescents.Methods:280 children and adolescents who underwent physical examination at the Health Management Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.Standard methods were used to measure their height,weight,waist circumference and blood uric acid level.Questionnaires were conducted.Results:First of all,there were statistically significant differences in blood uric acid levels among subjects of different gender,BMI,family monthly income and maternal BMI(P<0.05).Secondly,blood uric acid level was positively correlated with waist circumference to height ratio,intake of red meat,poultry,aquatic products,sweets/pastries,sugar-sweetened beverages,tea/coffee beverages,salt and sedentary time(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with intake of milk and water(P<0.05).Finally,there was a statistically significant difference in blood uric acid level between subjects with different physical activity levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children and adolescents should have a reasonable diet,maintain good exercise levels,and maintain a healthy lifestyle to control their blood uric acid levels within a reasonable range,in order to prevent the occurrence of hyperuricemia.
