综合护理应用于复方樟柳碱辅助治疗前部缺血性视神经病变中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理应用于复方樟柳碱辅助治疗前部缺血性视神经病变中的临床价值。方法选取2022年6月至2024年6月苏州大学理想眼科医院接诊的86例前部缺血性视神经病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。两组患者均接受复方樟柳碱辅助治疗,同时对照组予以传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理。比较两组不良情绪改善情况、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病情评估、基础护理、技能管理、专科知识、健康宣教评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于复方樟柳碱辅助治疗前部缺血性视神经病变中可缓解患者的不良情绪,改善护理质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in the adjuvant treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with compound anisodine.Methods Eighty-six patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy admitted to Ideal Eye Hospital of Soochow University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received compound anisodine adjuvant treatment,while the control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The improvement of bad mood,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of disease assessment,basic nursing,skill management,specialty knowledge and health education in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the adjuvant treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with compound anisodine can alleviate patients'bad mood,improve nursing quality and enhance nursing satisfaction.
