摘 要:目的评价游戏治疗在孤独症儿童社会性发展缺陷康复护理中的作用及社会性发展。方法研究录入的主体为本院就诊治疗的孤独症儿童,研究资料收集时间为2022年3月~2023年12月,从中抽选出符合研究要求的80例,以随机单盲法分组,各组均匀分配纳入40例,对照组采取常规康复护理,住院期间提供多方面基础的干预指导;观察组采取游戏治疗,根据儿童的年龄、心智和病情程度,提供不同场景、不同模式的游戏方法,对患者长期干预和随访半年,评估对比各组儿童的症状改善情况、社会生活能力、家长满意度、配合依从性和视听功能恢复情况。结果观察组儿童干预后的各方面孤独症的症状严重程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童干预后独立生活能力、运动能力、作业能力、交往能力等各方面SM评分值均处于更高水平(P<0.05);观察组家长的满意度为97.50%,对照组家长的满意度为82.50%,观察组儿童家长的总满意度比对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组配合依从性为95.00%,对照组配合依从性为77.50%,观察组儿童的整体依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);以对照组为参照,护理后观察组儿童的各项综合反应控制和注意力评分值均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论面对孤独症儿童社会性发展缺陷情况,临床采取游戏模式的干预疗法能大大改善儿童的康复效果,进而逐步提高儿童的社会和生活能力,促使其主动、积极配合参与治疗,尽早回归正常生活,此疗法取得的临床效果显著。Objective To evaluate the role and social development of play therapy in the rehabilitation nursing of social development defects in children with autism.Methods The subjects of the study were autistic children who received treatment in our hospital.The data collection period was from March 2022 to December 2023.80 eligible cases were selected and randomly assigned to a single blind group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing and received comprehensive basic intervention guidance during hospitalization.The observation group adopted game therapy,providing different scenarios and modes of game methods according to the age,mental state,and degree of illness of children.Long term intervention and follow-up of patients for six months would be conducted to evaluate and compare the symptom improvement,social life ability,parental satisfaction,cooperation compliance,and audio-visual function recovery of each group of children.Results The severity scores of various symptoms of autism in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the SM scores of the observation group children in various aspects such as independent living ability,exercise ability,homework ability,and communication ability were all at a higher level(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 97.50%,while that of parents in the control group was 82.50%.The overall satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%,while that of the control group was 77.50%.The overall compliance rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the comprehensive response control and attention score values of children in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the face of social develo
