内、外向偏差行为青少年的心理健康水平分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析内、外向偏差行为青少年的心理健康水平。方法选取2019年1月~2022年12月期间,在常州市德安医院心理科门诊就诊的出现自伤或自杀行为的16~18岁青少年,以及由常州市钟楼区法院和检察院提供的涉及违法行为的16~18岁青少年作为研究对象,内向型偏差行为组70例,外向型偏差行为组66例,采用症状自评量表(SCl-90)对两组青少年进行心理健康测评。结果两组青少年在性别和学历上具有显著差异(P<0.001);两组青少年的SCl-90量表总分及因子分均高于常模(P<0.05),且内向型偏差行为组SCl-90量表总分、各因子分及阳性频数均高于外向型偏差行为组(P<0.01)。结论内向型偏差行为组的女性比例及学历水平明显高于外向型偏差行为组,两组青少年均存在严重的心理健康问题,且内向型偏差行为组的青少年的心理健康问题更为严重。Objective To compare and analyze the mental health level of adolescents with inward and outward deviant behavior.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,16~18-year-old adolescents with self injury or suicidal behavior in the outpatient department of psychology of Changzhou De'an hospital and 16~18-year-old adolescents involved in illegal behavior provided by the court and procuratorate of Zhonglou District of Changzhou City were selected as the research objects,70 cases in the introverted deviant behavior group and 66 cases in the extroverted deviant behavior group.The mental health of the two groups of adolescents was evaluated by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Results There were significant differences in gender and education between the two groups(P<0.001).The total score and factor score of SCL-90 in the two groups were higher than the norm(P<0.05),and the total score,factor score and positive frequency of SCL-90 in the introverted deviant behavior group were higher than those in the extroverted deviant behavior group(P<0.01).Conclusion the proportion of women and educational level in the introverted deviant behavior group are significantly higher than those in the extroverted deviant behavior group.Both groups of adolescents have serious mental health problems,and the mental health problems of adolescents in the introverted deviant behavior group are more serious.
